A Full Service Protein Operation

Reliable Food Supplies Inc. confidently offers a full service protein operation. Our operation encompasses Canadian and American beef products, as well as fresh/frozen pork, lamb and veal products.

Products are sourced from such renowned packing houses as Cargill Foods, Lakeside I.B.P. and Better Beef.

The fall of 2002 saw the opening of our new meat cutting facility. Under the direction of an experienced meat cutter, we were able to offer specialty items and portion-controlled products under the Reliable Butcher Brand.

April 2003 was our official launch of the AngusPride® beef programme. AngusPride® Beef is well aged for maximum tenderness and represents the top 20% of Angus cattle. It also represents the top 40% of AAA grade beef. This will continue to be our signature beef line and we are proud to be the only Ontario company to offer this excellent product line to the Ontario market.

The integrity of the meat programme at Reliable Food Supplies Inc. continues to be our main priority. Boxed Primal Beef Cuts are clearly distinguished with their grade, trim specification, pack date and federal establishment number. An important part of that priority is the fact that these products are purchased from federal, H.A.C.C.P. approved plants, clearly defining our further commitment to food safety.

Reliable Food Supplies Inc. and it's sales representatives are now registered as having passed the Beef Information Center's Beef Education Programme. This is just another step in our ongoing commitment to customer service and care.
